  • Our Policy of Care and Payment

Ensuring that our patients receive high quality care is the goal of our practice.

    1) Office visits and new clients: Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, check**, and major credit cards. We also offer a third party payment plan called CareCredit, which allows you to start treatment today and spread payments over time.

    2) Pre-Purchase exams: All pre-purchase exams are to be paid for at the time of the exam. Payment arrangements for the pre-purchase exam should be made with the office at the time the appointment is made.

    3) Admitting a horse to the hospital: A deposit is required upon admittance. Payment in full is required at the time of discharge. In the event the length of care in the hospital exceeds 7 days, we require that 80% of the outstanding balance be paid weekly.
