When You Arrive With Your Horse

1.When you arrive with your horse, please stop in the front office to check in (location 1 on the map). Trailers can be temporarily parked on the far side of the parking lot. If your horse is to be admitted to the hospital there will be admissions paperwork to fill out if you haven’t already done so.

2. After checking in at the office, make your way around the clinic and park your trailer in the  gravel parking lot (location 2 on the map). When an exam room is open a member of the hospital staff will meet you out back and escort you to the exam room.

While waiting for your appointment you are welcome to remove horses from the trailer. Please be aware we are an emergency hospital. We will do our best to make sure you are seen at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the hospital that is not always possible. If there is to be a significant delay we will do our best to call you in advance to make you aware of the situation.

3. Once the doctor has completed care, please stop by the front desk to check out and complete any final paperwork.

4. After checking out, a member of our staff can help you make your way back to your trailer. If you need assistance loading just let us know.  We are always happy to give you a hand.
